Abaco My Way is an online directory designed to connect users with businesses, services, places and experiences throughout Abaco, The Bahamas.
Abaco My Way provides directory and promotional services and generally does not provide the products or services offered by independently operated businesses listed on the platform.
We aim to provide useful and accurate business information. However, information may be submitted by businesses, users, publicly available sources or other permitted sources and may change over time.
Abaco My Way does not guarantee that every listing will always be complete, current or error-free. Business owners are encouraged to claim and maintain their listings.
Individuals claiming a business listing must have the authority to represent or manage that business. Abaco My Way may request information or documentation to verify a claim and reserves the right to reject, suspend or revoke access where ownership or authorization cannot reasonably be verified.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Information provided when creating or managing an account should be accurate and current.
Certain business features may require a paid membership or subscription. Prices, billing periods and included features will be displayed when purchasing a plan.
Where automatic renewal applies, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled according to the cancellation terms presented during purchase.
Abaco My Way may change membership features or pricing from time to time. Changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable terms and requirements.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the terms displayed when purchasing the applicable service.
Cancellation of a recurring subscription generally prevents future renewals but does not necessarily entitle the subscriber to a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Where Abaco My Way allows reviews, photographs, comments or other user-submitted content, users are responsible for the content they submit.
Users must not knowingly submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, spam, or otherwise violates the rights of another person or business.
Abaco My Way reserves the right to review, restrict or remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
Businesses appearing on Abaco My Way are generally independently owned and operated.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, inclusion in the directory does not mean that Abaco My Way owns, operates, endorses or guarantees a particular business.
Any transaction, booking, agreement or dispute between a user and a listed business is primarily between those parties.
While we aim to maintain useful and accurate information, business details such as hours, prices, availability, contact information and services may change. Users should confirm important information directly with the business when necessary.
The Abaco My Way name, branding, website design, original content and other proprietary materials belonging to Abaco My Way may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Business owners retain applicable rights to content they own and submit to their listings while granting Abaco My Way permission to display and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide and promote the directory services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Abaco My Way is not responsible for losses, damages or disputes resulting from transactions, services, products, interactions or agreements between users and independently operated businesses listed on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Abaco My Way may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, subject to any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
